Billing & setup

The questions Arkansas CES providers actually ask.

How does billing work?
Per-DSP per-month, with monthly or annual options. Final pricing depends on your team size and pathway — contact enrollment for a quote. Implementation is included — no separate setup fee.
What's not included in the Agency Team plan?
The state-set testing fee paid to AR DHS for CNA certification (Level 4) is not included — Arkansas controls that fee and it is paid by the DSP or agency directly to the state. Everything else — modules, instructor time, CPR/First Aid certification, supervised clinical hours coordination, and the dashboard — is included.
How long does implementation take?
Most agencies are running cohorts within 2–3 weeks of contract. Cohort 1 starts as soon as the first six DSPs are LMS-onboarded. Larger agencies (50+ DSPs) plan a 4-week phased rollout.
Do you require an annual commitment?
Monthly plans are cancellable any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are billed once and run for 12 months. We don't lock customers in — we'd rather earn the next year.
Is the Individual DSP plan really for one person?
Yes. We offer the Individual plan for DSPs who want to start the AR-CDSP I credential on their own — common for new entrants who haven't yet placed with an agency, or DSPs whose current employer doesn't offer structured training. If you bring an Individual subscriber to a partner agency, your credit transfers.
Can we license CHART without using your instructors?
Not for the clinical pathway. The RN instructor of record is a non-negotiable safety standard. For LMSW and QDDP modules, we offer co-instruction with your team under our LMSW supervision in the Multi-Agency plan.
