Is CHART recognized for the CES Waiver §303 training requirements?

Yes. Level 1 (AR-CDSP I) is designed to satisfy every requirement under CES Agency Standards §303(a)(1)–(8), §303(b)(A)–(G) and §303(d). All §303(b) beneficiary-specific content is delivered through Module 1.14 alongside the consumer's individualized plan.

Who delivers each module — and who is allowed to?

Compliance and rights content (M1.1–M1.7) is delivered virtually under LMSW supervision. The QDDP delivers person-centered, BPIP, and orientation content under active LMSW oversight. All CPR and clinical skills modules are taught exclusively by the RN, who holds an American Red Cross Instructor credential.

How does the path to Arkansas CNA work inside CHART?

Level 4 (AR-CNHS) is a stacked credential: the state-approved CNA curriculum (Part A) plus AcuityCare's Health Support Specialist advanced modules (Parts B–D), which include nurse delegation, supervised fieldwork, and clinical integration.

Can DSPs move through CHART at their own pace?

Self-paced for LMS modules; cohort-paced for instructor-led skills. Every DSP must achieve 80% mastery on each module's knowledge check, and in-person skills require individual sign-off by the credentialed instructor.
